Dark Souls 3
Dark Souls 3 story wise is very vague and interpretations can vary widely. This is in stark contrast to its controls which are highly tuned to all the player to get the exact feel they want from their character. Realistic midevil combat set in a dark unrealistic fantasy world creates a unique escapist treat.
Dark Souls 3 takes some time to get used to. At first you'll hate it as it seems like it takes hours to get to the next bonfire without dying. Then as you learn the controls you'll feel emboldened to take on the next to foe. Finally once you beat the game you feel like a champion master warrior. Combat is fun instead of frustrating. Then the player gets the desire to restart and master a different style of combat. Then the frustration returns as you realize that every style has its own intricacies and you might have been a master knight but thats different from being a master assassin.
